<p>Applications are invited by the Commission for the below mentioned posts. The  last date for receipt of applications in the office of the Commission is  12.08.2010. Casa J.D. <p>2. Incomplete applications in any manner are liable to be rejected summarily  by the Commission.</p>
<p>3. The age limit shown against each post is relaxable upto five years for  Government servants and the candidates belonging to SC/ST, upto 3 years for  candidates belonging to OBC, upto 10 years (15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for  OBC) in the upper age limit to blind, deaf-mute and orthopaedically handicapped  persons and upto 5 years for children of freedom fighters.</p>
<p>4. In case of non-availability of suitable candidates with the knowledge of  Konkani, this requirement may be relaxed in case of below mentioned posts.</p>
<p>5. The Commission will draw a panel of candidates, which will remain valid  for a period of one year.</p>
<p>6. Prescribed EQs are minimum &amp; mere possession of same does not entitle  candidates to be called for interview. Where number of applications received is  large the Commission will short list the candidates to be called for interview.</p>

Services. </strong>Out of three posts, one post is each reserved for SC &amp; OBC candidates.<br />
Rs.15600-39100+Rs.6600 (Grade pay)+NPA as admissible under rules (T.E.<br />
Rs.29970+NPA). 45 yrs. <strong>Qualifications: Essential: A. Educational: </strong>i) A recognized<br />
Medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third<br />
Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.<br />
Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should<br />
also fulfil the conditions stipulated in Sub-section(3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956.<br />
ii) Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned specialty i.e. MD in Physical Medicine<br />
SRehabilitation / Diploma in Physical Medicine &amp; Rehabilitation given by National Board<br />
of Examination / Two years diploma course in Physical Medicine &amp; Rehabilitation after<br />
MD(Medicine) / MS (Surgery) / MD(Paediatrics) / MS(Orthopaedics) or any other<br />
equivalent qualification. B. Experience : At least three years&#8217; teaching experience in<br />
the concerned speciality as Senior Resident / Tutor / Demonstrator/Registrar/Lecturer<br />
after the requisite post-graduate Degree qualification. <strong>NOTE: I: </strong>The Medical qualifications<br />
possessed by the candidates should have the recognition of the Medical Council of<br />
India. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the qualifications<br />
should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that system of<br />
medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. <strong>NOTE : II: </strong>In so far as Post-Graduation<br />
Medical qualifications awarded by Indian Universities are concerned, they should also<br />
find a place in the Schedules to Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, as amended from<br />
time to time. In case of medical posts other than Allopathic system of medicine, the<br />
qualifications should be included in the respective Schedule of the Act governing that<br />
system of medicine. The proof thereof may be attached. <strong>NOTE : III </strong>: Holders of<br />
speciality Board of USA qualifications should complete the entire requirements of the<br />
Board concerned. <strong>NOTE : IV </strong>: Completion of compulsory Rotating Internship<br />
Certificate, Registration Certificate, an official document showing name of College/<br />
Institution from where degree/diploma has been done and official document showing<br />
name of the University and College from where teaching experience has been gained<br />
to be furnished. <strong>NOTE : V </strong>: The experience gained should be recognized by the MCI<br />
or the statutory body concerned with the system of medicine as valid teaching<br />
experience for teaching posts and certificate therefore or any other valid proof in support thereof should be submitted. Teaching experience in any other post like the post of General Duty Medical Officer/Medical Officer shall not be considered for eligibility purpose for recruitment to the teaching posts. <strong>NOTE-VI: </strong>In the case of qualifications in Super-Specialities (M.Ch./D.M.) except in the case of holders of <em>D.M.I </em>M.Ch. of five years duration, the holders should have obtained M.D.(General Medicine) or M.S.(General Surgery) or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the said council in its recommendations on post graduate medical examination. <strong>NOTE-VII</strong>: In the case of holder of D.M./M.Ch. qualification of five years duration, the period of Senior Post graduate residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M/M.Ch. shall be counted towards requirement of experience.</p>

<p>Applications are invited from male Indian Citizens fulfilling the eligibility criteria for filling the vacancies in the “Sashatra Seema Bal”, ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India:</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000">Head Constable (Ministerial)-218-Psosts</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Pay Scale: </strong>PB-2 5200-20200 Grade Pay Rs.2400</li>
<li><strong>Age: </strong>Min 18 years and Max 25 years</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Relaxation:</strong><br />
i) There will be relaxation in age up to 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.<br />
ii) The upper age limit up to 5 years is also relaxable in case of candidates already in Govt. Service and 35 years in the case of Departmental candidates which are on the same line or allied cadre and where a relationship could be established that the services rendered in a particular post will be useful for efficient discharge of the duties in the post to which the recruitment is made.<br />
iii) The above concession will be admissible only where an employee has rendered not les than 3 years continuous service under Govt. /Department.<br />
iv) Every ex- serviceman who has put in not less than six months continuous service in the Armed Forces of the Union shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from his actual age and if the resultant age not exceeds prescribed age limit (i.e.25 years) by more than 3 years he shall be deemed to satisfy the condition regarding age limit.<br />
v) The relaxation in upper age limit of 5 years shall also be admissible to all candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of J&amp;K during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 and will produce a certificate from the concerned District Collector.<br />
vi) Five years of age relaxation will also be granted to the children and dependents family members of those killed in the 1984 riots and 2002 communal riots of Gujarat,SC/ST/OBC relaxation, as per government instructions will be in addition to this relaxation. Children means(a) Son(including adopted Son) Dependent family members mean (a) Spouse; or (b) Children or Brother in the case of unmarried Govt. servant who was wholly dependent on the government servant at the time of his killing in the riot will produce a certificate from the concerned District Collector.<br />
vii) Children and dependent family members of those killed in the riots(1984 riots and 2002 communal riots of Gujarat)will also produce a certificate from the concerned District Collector.</p>
<p><strong>Qualification:</strong><br />
1. Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institute.<br />
2. Typing speed 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.</p>
<p><strong>Selection Procedure:</strong><br />
i) Ist Stage : Documentation and PST<br />
ii) 2nd Stage : P.E.T.<br />
iii) 3rd Stage : Written Test<br />
iv) 4th Stage : Typing test.<br />

<p>Application are invited from eligible candidates for following posts in HAL  School, Korwa, an English Medium Senior Secondary School (Nursery to class XII),  affiliated to C.B.S.E. imparting co-education to approx. 2100 students.</p>
<h2>1. Minimum Qualification and Experience for Principal</h2>
<p>(i). Master’s Degree in any discipline from recognized Indian University. Any  other degree recognized by UPSC as equivalent to Master’s Degree of Indian  University.<br />
(ii) A Degree in Education from recognized Indian University or its equivalent.<br />
(iii) Candidate should have experience of Minimum 5 years in administrative  capacity from High School/Intermediate College.<br />
(iv) In addition, the candidate should have at least 10 years teaching  experience in Sr. Secondary School/Intermediate College.<br />
(v) Teaching/administrative experience as above in English medium School will be  preferred.</p>
<h2>2. Minimum Qualification and Experience for Vice Principal</h2>
<p>(i). Master’s Degree in any discipline from recognized Indian University. Any  other degree recognized by UPSC as equivalent to Master’s Degree of Indian  University.<br />
(ii) A Degree in Education from recognized Indian University or its equivalent.<br />
(iii) In addition, the candidate should have at least 10 years teaching  experience in Sr. Secondary School/Intermediate College.<br />
(iv) Teaching/ administrative experience as above in English medium School will  be preferred.</p>
<h2>3. Minimum Qualification for NTT</h2>
<p>i) Intermediate or above with English as a Subject at Intermediate level.</p>
<p>ii) NTT</p>
<p>iii) Fluency in English (speaking &amp; writing) is essential.</p>
<h2>4. Minimum Qualification and Experience for Head Clerk</h2>
<p>i) Graduate from recognized University with at least 5 years working  experience in Degree/ Intermediate colleges as LDC or on equivalent post<br />
ii) Working Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / MS Words shall be preferred.</p>
<h2>5. Minimum Qualification for LDC</h2>
<p>i) Graduate from recognized University<br />
ii) Working knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / MS Words shall be preferred.</p>
<h2><strong>Notes: </strong></h2>
<p>1. In addition to Basic, as per HES rules, the emolument will include  variable DA, Korwa allowance, free medical facility, free education of two  children in HAL School and free company accommodation.<br />

<p><strong>A) SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICER (ORTHOPAEDICS)- GRADE-III<br />
Job Requirement:<br />
</strong>1) Should be able to manage closed, open fractures and multi-trauma  patients.<br />
2) Should be able to assist in Orthopaedic surgery and should be well versed in  conservative management of fractures and dislocations.<br />
3) Knowledge in Arthoscopy /Arthoplasty will be an added advantage.<br />
4) Should be able to attend and manage cases independently in the emergency room  as and when required.<br />
5) As and when required should be able to perform duties as a general duty  medical officer.</p>
<p><strong>B) SECURITY OFFICER-GRADE-II<br />
Job Requirement:<br />
</strong>1) Should be able to manage industrial security staffs in the capacity of  Shift In-charge<br />
2) Should be able to investigate theft cases<br />
3) Should be able to take up vigilance work or should have experience in  collection of intelligence<br />
4) Should have experience in access systems, patrolling, investigative  procedures, incident report writing<br />

<p><strong>C) FIRE OFFICER – GRADE-II<br />
Job Requirement:<br />
</strong>1) Should be able to manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of fire  service department<br />
2) Should be able to deliver key fire fighting training program and  demonstration on regular intervals.<br />
3) Should have excellent crisis and risk management skills<br />
4) Should have excellent knowledge of fire ground operations<br />

<p><strong>D) ASST. SPORTS OFFICER (GRADE-I)<br />
Job Requirement:<br />
</strong>1) Should have strong verbal communication skills to motivate people<br />
2) Must be able to coordinate, deliver and promote sports activities, classes  and events in Football/Archery<br />
3) Should be able to organise local, regional and national level games, seminars  and conferences<br />
4) Must be able to evaluate and monitor the players using performance indicators  and maintain records and should produce written reports<br />

<p><strong>E) ASST. ENGINEER (SAFETY) &#8211; GRADE-I<br />

3) Should have knowledge of onsite emergency plan and making safety reports<br />

<p><strong>F) ASST. ENGINEER (RUSSIAN LANGUAGE INTERPRETER) &#8211; GRADE-I<br />
Essential Qualification:<br />
</strong>First Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics from any  recognized University/Institution with proficiency in Russian Language. The  candidate either should have graduated from Russian Universities or should have  Russian language certificate of proficiency i.e. of minimum six months from  recognized Institution. Candidates who have obtained degree from Russian  Universities should produce equivalent certificate from association of Indian  universities or Competent Authority at the tome of Interview.</p>
<h2>2. AGE LIMIT</h2>
<p>Upper age limit is 45 years (for post at Sl. No.1) and 40  years (for Sl. No. 2, 3, 4, 5 &amp; 6) as on 01.04.2010 for General Candidates.  Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years in respect of OBC and 5 years in respect  of SC/ST candidates. Age relaxation is admissible to PWD / Ex-Servicemen as per  Government directives. Candidates belonging to OBC Category are required to  produce recently obtained Community Certificate in proof of their community at  the time of their Interview (not older than 6 months as on 01.04.2010 in the  format prescribed by Government of India, stating that they do not come under  the creamy layer, from a Competent Authority.</p>
<h2>3. APPLICATION FEE:</h2>
<p>The application should be accompanied by a crossed Demand  Draft(DD) of Rs. 400/-, which is non-refundable (exempted in the case of SC/ST/PWD  candidates), drawn in favour of “Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Engine Division”  payable at State Bank of India, Sunabeda-2, Code No. 1304 only. No other mode of  payment will be accepted.</p>
<h2>4. SELECTION PROCEDURE</h2>
<p>Only short-listed candidates will be called for viva-voce for  posts at Sl. No.1, 2 &amp; 3 and short-listed candidates for post at Sl. No.4, 5 &amp; 6  shall be called for written test. Instructions regarding written test/viva-voce  will be intimated to the short-listed/eligible candidates individually. On  qualifying the written test, the candidates will be called for vivavoce.  Candidates called for viva-voce will be paid III Tier AC Train fare / Actual Bus  fare by shortest route on production of proof of journey. Nearest Railway  Stations &#8211; Koraput (18 Kms), Vizianagaram (130 Kms) &amp; Visakhapatnam (180 Kms).  Buses and Shared Taxies are available at Vizianagaram Railway Station round the  clock.</p>
<h2>5. GENERAL CONDITIONS</h2>
<p>i) Only Indian Nationals need apply. Mere submission of  application will not entitle any right for claiming Appointment.<br />
