Note:- (i) The number of candidates to be included in the short list/probability List of the above post will be decided as per the availability of admitted applications.
(ii) The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in pursuance to
this Notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of One year and a maximum period of three years provided that the list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked List after the minimum period of one year is published.
(iii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advise for appointment of any candidates to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advise was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made with in the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier.

Method of Appointment :
By Transfer (from among employees working in the category of Part Time Sweeper-cum-Scavenger, Packer, Despatcher, Gardner in the K.S.F.E. Ltd. having not less than 3 years of service).

Note:- 1. (a)Out of the vacancies by direct recruitment, 331/3% will be reserved for Part Time Sweeper-cum-Scavenger, Packer, Despatcher, Gardner in the K.S.F.E. Ltd.
(b) The first vacancy will be filled by Part Time Sweeper-cum-Scavenger, Packer, Despatcher, Gardner and next two vacancies by open market candidates.
(c) If not qualified hands are available from among Part Time Sweeper-cum-Scavenger, Packer, Despatcher, Gardner for appointment those vacancies will be filled by open market candidates.
(d) Rules of reservation will be followed for recruitment to the post viz. Part Time employees of the company.
6. Age Limit : Must have completed 18 (eighteen) years of
age and must not have completed 50 (fifty)
years of age as on 01.01.2010 (other
conditions regarding the age relaxation is not applicable).
Qualifications : 1) Pass in VI (New) or equivalent.
2) Not less than 3 years service in the company as on the date of application.
Note:- Applicants coming under the category of Part Time Sweeper-cum-Scavenger, Gardner, Packer, Despatcher should note the same on the top of application. They should possess not less than three years of service in the company as on the date of application. Form of Service Certificate is attached herewith.

- 8. Application and Application Fee:
The application form is a single sheet of paper, specially designed for processing through Optical Mark Reader (O.M.R) also. Candidates have to fill up both sides of the application. Each application form contain a unique eight digit barcode on Side ‘A’. This barcode number is unique for each application. The candidate has to quote this number for further enquiries.
The cost of application form is Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) The cost of application form for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates is Rs.5/- (Rupees Five only).
The application forms can be obtained from the Post Offices inside the State and Offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission.
Documents to prove qualification, community, age, experience etc. have to be produced as and when called for. No copies of documents should be attached with the application.
- 9. Mode of sending applications :
(a) The applications shall be send in the cover supplied with the application form.
(b) Application should be submitted in the form devised and printed by the Kerala Public Service Commission and applications otherwise submitted will be summarily rejected.
(c) The name of the post, the Category number and the Department of respective post should be clearly noted at the top of the envelope.
(d) The name and address of the candidates shall be entered at the bottom left hand corner and the address to which applications are to be sent at the bottom right hand corner of the envelope.
